Yoga is a relationship between the body, the mind, and the spirit. Life places obstacles in each of our paths. With a background in Vinyasa, my classes will offer a deeper mind-body connection through breathwork, meditation, and breath to movement connection.
In my classes I seek to provide creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of laughter that can sustain you through life’s obstacles. I enjoy creating a space for yogis of all sizes, shapes, and ages. My hope is to meet you all on the mat and provide a creative flow that leaves you feeling refreshed, energized, and balanced.
