Beginners Yoga

This class is designed for a first-time student.  Start here.  Build your strength, confidence, sense of well-being.  

Poses in this class will focus on building a strong, safe foundation of basic teachings and yoga postures. The meaning of the importance matching breath to movement as a basic tenant of yoga will be taught in this class.

This is a slower moving class that allows each student to learn at their own level of comfort. Focus is on learning the basic postures and language of yoga.

Relaxation, controlled breathing, stretching, and warming up will be taught to guide each student on their first steps in their yoga journey.
