End-of-Week Slow Flow Yoga

This open level class focuses on a slower Hatha/Pranayama style class designed to synchronize breath and movement. 

This class will blend postures for flexibility and stress relief.  This slower flowing class is meant to ease the practitioner into the pace of the weekend, reflectively and mindfully. 

This class’s slow pace encourages staying in the moment, allowing the  participant to separate week from weekend, enhancing mood, and aiding in concentration.

This class is open to all levels aged 18 and over. No previous yoga experience is needed.
