Gloria Day

I am an artist and writer who is constantly thinking, creating, wondering, wandering, expressing, and exploring. Once I realized what intentional stillness could do for my mental and emotional state, I became passionately connected to the more meditative side of yoga.

My practice focuses on connecting with oneself through at least one of the following:

  • Restorative Yoga
  • Yin Yoga
  • Meditation and Visualization
  • Aromatherapy
  • Sound Healing
  • Journaling/Honest Expression

Completing my teaching certification and becoming a 200 HR RYT has allowed me to build from a solid foundation, while still continuing to grow through teaching others.

I believe that the journey of self-awareness is the most valuable.

I believe that every answer that you are seeking or have ever sought already exists within you.

And I believe that we all have the ability to find those answers, as long as we understand the power of taking a moment to just…listen.
