Instruction in this class will be provided by a Buddhist monk. Meditation can remove stress, balance emotions, a provide inner peace. It has been shown to ease physical discomfort and calm mental distress. In this class students will be led through a series of steps to deepen your body awareness, calm your thoughts, and allow you to enter a restorative meditative state.
Allow this class to wash away the daily weight of stress and busy lives by focusing on relaxing the each part of the body and teaching the mind to let go.
