Hatha Vinyasa Yoga

This class offers a variety of postures. Every class will be different and allow the student to experience a variety of poses. Each class with focus on alignment of the body in the poses taught, as well as tying breath to movement. Each class focus on flow and movement and will leave you feeling looser, longer, relaxed and focused

This class will help students build flexibility and strength while honing focus and mindfulness. Every class will have warm up session, followed by a series of postures in flow sequence working different areas of the  body.

Every class will end in a relaxation portion designed to still the mind and restore the body and spirit.

All ability levels are welcome.
