Healing Yoga with Reiki
This class will combine Hatha and restorative yoga practice with the healing techniques of Reiki, a channeling of energy by means of hand movements, with or without touch, to activate the body’s natural healing processes.
The combination of techniques has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, help with sleep issues, and aid in physical, mental and emotional health. It can also help the body’s healing and cleansing abilities by changing the energy flow (Prana or Ki) through the body, and restore balance by reestablishing peace and a path to well being
This hour-long class is open to all levels of experience for those ages 18 years and older.
