Helen Jones

I found yoga as a physical practice to support an overworked dancer’s body. Practicing yoga asana and studying yogic philosophy guides me in developing a gentle relationship with my body, mind, and my surroundings. My passion for movement, and holistic self-care drives me to teach. I encourage all to approach the mat as their most authentic selves. Through teaching, I hope to create a safe space for students of all levels to move with comfort, curiosity, and joy.  I completed my 200-hour Foundational Yoga Teacher Training at Urban Breath Yoga School in the fall of 2018. I look forward to supporting and further building community at Tikun!
