The greatest gift yoga has given me is a deeper sense of connection and gratitude. After many years of struggling with anxiety and depression, I cherish the opportunity to share with my students the tools and techniques I’ve learned to soothe the mind and heart.
I completed my 200hr Hatha certification in 2010 with Dr. Jaime Sanchez at East West Yoga School and since have continued studies in physical and energetic anatomy and completed trainings in yin yoga, Reiki, and Herbalism.
I love the therapeutic benefits of gentle hatha, yin, and restorative yoga as well as the creativity and play of vinyasa flow. You can expect to see all of these styles incorporated into my classes always focusing on integration of mind, body, and spirit.
