With a background and also foreground of Iyengar Yoga lineage at West East Yoga School, we drew a heavy emphasis on alignment and philosophy.
In my classes you will be guided through a series of postures and pranayama (breath control) to enhance proper alignment that encompasses deep relaxation, strength, healing, and inner peace.
I believe the body speaks. When we connect with our self through mindful practices such as Yoga and pranayama, we begin to understand what we need or do not need to become truer to our nature.
