Guided Meditation

This open level class is designed to enhance the mind-body connection through breath and movement.  During this class, practitioners can expect mindful movements designed to focus awareness on each body part. 

Postures are sequenced in a head to toe series of movements  for flexibility and stress relief.  These intentional movements are designed to allow for a break from our hectic, fast paced modern lives.  This class focuses on stress relief, enhancing flexibility through mindful presence. 

This class is open to all levels aged 18 and over.  No previous yoga experience is needed.
