Pajama Yoga

End your day with a restorative yin yoga.  This class is designed to relax the body, winding down the energy level to enhance  your sleep slowing the breath, easing the movement, creating a bond between breath and movement

Postures in the class are taught in flow sequence to gradually cool the body. The slower rhythm of the class coordinates with a slowing of breath to release the stress and energy the body has stored over the course of the day

Quieting your mind and stilling the spirit ease you into a restful, restorative, relaxation. Allow this class to help you separate the hectic day from the peaceful night
