This class is traditional blend of Hatha/Vinyasa yoga which includes Ashtanga style athleticism. Many Vinyasa flow series will be done at a quick pace to focus on strength and endurance.
This heat building style of class focuses on stamina and speed of movement to enhance strength, release tension, improve concentration, and relieve stress. Each class will be different to enhance your practice and stimulate your mind and body.
This class is open to all levels aged 18 and over, but some yoga familiarity will be helpful
