This class will help you to stay fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy. Poses in this class will help with adaptation to the changes happening in your body, and can be practiced at home to help ease the pain during delivery. Postures taught in this class can help improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, ease lower back pain, and increase strength and endurance in the muscles needed during childbirth. By teaching controlled breathing, shortness of breath may be eased, nausea reduced, headaches minimized.
