Start your day with focus and purpose. This class will be held at sunrise to allow students to begin their days with mindful direction before heading out to class, work, or whatever the world has in store for them.
Each class will include a meditative portion to focus the mind, concentrate energy, and prepare for the day. Postures in this class follow in a flow sequence, such as sun salutation, to wake your body and energize your spirit.
Poses are designed to stretch and lengthen your muscles and enhance core strength
