Intermediate Yoga / Advance Your Practice
Available for anyone interested in diving just a bit deeper into their yoga practice. These classes will focus on proper alignment and footing in basic asanas in order to utilize a firm foundation to challenge ourselves in more advanced postures! These classes will offer a variety of peak postures, along with mild/moderate inversions after proper warm up and preparation.
The aim of the class is to encourage individuals to step out of their comfort zone and into the uncomfortable area where growth and development take place. Allow yourself to feel empowered and strong in the practice and find a sense of self confidence and assurance from within.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Yoga mats will be provided.
